San Juan
Sun, wine and Sarmiento's home
A city of wide, tree-lined streets, rebuilt after the 1944 earthquake, in an oasis of vineyards and olive groves. It's the hometown of Domingo Faustino Sarmiento and the gateway to Ischigualasto and the Andean valleys.
